  Unfortunately, our experience with this clinic and pediatrician, Vitaly Savchyk, was negative. From the very first visits with our infant, the doctor strongly emphasized the risk of meningococcal disease, causing us great anxiety and consistently encouraging vaccinations. As a result, our child was vaccinated against the ACWY group of meningococci at six weeks of age, which – as we later learned – is rare in such young infants. We were not clearly informed that there are different groups of meningococci. As a parent, I was unaware that group B is the most dangerous for infants, and it was not administered at that time. Only after about two months did the doctor explain that these were two different vaccinations, which I consider a serious lack of reliable information. Furthermore, despite the neurologist's recommendations to divide the vaccinations into several visits, the doctor showed dissatisfaction and lack of understanding. The vaccination schedule was established every four weeks, which in practice led to the vaccinations being administered very quickly, even though the vaccination card states that they can be administered at a longer interval, even up to six months of age. We paid for all vaccinations, which was expensive, but despite this, we experienced no empathy or personalized attention. Ultimately, we changed clinics, and only then did we feel at peace and truly supported. I definitely don't recommend them.

  A plus at CM Witolin is that they combine primary healthcare covered by the National Health Fund with specialist consultations. You can schedule an appointment with a family doctor, and if necessary, consult with a cardiologist or endocrinologist (depending on admission policies). This is convenient because the patient doesn't have to split their treatment across multiple locations and appointments.

  I made an appointment with a family doctor through the National Health Fund (NFZ) and expected a long queue and a rush. I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor listened to me calmly, asked questions, and didn't constantly check his watch. He wrote referrals for tests and explained exactly what needed to be checked and why. He also checked my blood pressure and listened to my heart. The registration was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offices were clean and well-maintained. I didn't feel like a number in a queue, but like a patient being helped.

  My son came home from school with a note about mandatory vaccinations. I made an appointment with his family doctor at the clinic. The doctor examined him before the vaccination, and everything was fine. The vaccine was administered efficiently, and my son didn't cry. Registration was smooth, and appointments were available without long waits.
