Waiting three hours to register is a joke. Is this a clinic or a test of patient patience? In a medical facility, telephone contact should be essential, not a luxury. If someone is sick or needs urgent help, should they sit half the day with the phone to their ear? The organization leaves much to be desired. Very disappointing.

My 81-year-old mother just called me. She's been trying to get through for 2 hours and 20 minutes, and she was the first one to get through for 40 minutes. No one's answering the phone. Will the clinic manager please sort this out so older people can call? Coming to the clinic to register is a whole trip for such an elderly woman.

I highly recommend rehabilitation at the clinic at 11 Kijowska Street. A pleasant atmosphere, a professional approach to patients, a wide range of services, and competent physiotherapists. Many thanks to Justyna! I came to the clinic after a long period of treatment, suffering from severe sensory polyneuropathy. Today, thanks to Justyna's classes, I am physically fit and independent. Thank you, Justyna, I can walk today thanks to you!

This clinic is a complete disaster!!! My husband, with fluctuating blood pressure (very high/low), wasn't seen on Friday because there were no more beds available, and on Saturday he ended up in the ER with a stroke! Another situation... the nurses (very rude and unable to read the instructions) took so much blood that there wasn't enough to perform all the tests (only two: a complete blood count and an ESR) ordered by the doctor. The lack of results delayed the referral to a sanatorium for three weeks. The staff, from the reception desk, to the nurses, and finally the doctors, are incompetent and unpleasant. The clinic is very unfriendly, dirty, and gloomy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm very pleased with the nurses who draw blood; they're very friendly and professional. I've had problems with blood draws at other clinics. The appointment with the endocrinologist took 20 minutes, not 5 like at other clinics. I've been a patient at this clinic for two years and can't say a bad word about them. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. I recommend this clinic.
