Drama is an understatement. Forty people lined up for a blood draw, one nurse drawing blood at a rate of five per hour. After two hours of waiting, the patient faints during the blood draw. Thirty minutes pass. Then, a nurse informs us that they'll be back at 10 a.m. to collect samples. She's alone, taking the patient to the doctor, and she invites us tomorrow. Such a mess didn't exist under communism. I complained to the manager of this thing called a health clinic: "There are no people, and Wednesdays are like that," the manager replied. Twenty people went home after two hours of waiting, and tomorrow we'll get back to the mess. Maybe we'll be able to get our blood drawn again.

Neurologist Bożena Kursewicz is every patient's nightmare. Rude and rude at every turn. She forbids patients to sit in the office. She makes them stand. She lacks manners, not to mention sensitivity to the patient's situation. Avoid her completely. She's mistakenly called her a vocation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Other than that, the entire clinic is excellent. The receptionists are incredibly kind and friendly. The other specialists are also top-notch.

"Gynecologist" Ruta shouldn't be accepting patients under the National Health Fund (NFZ). It's clear he's only after money, so he'll take proper care of the pregnant patient. He refused to let my husband participate in an ultrasound, which I have a right to, and then he decided to refuse me an examination, which he also has no right to refuse! Only in exceptional circumstances can he refuse! For example, a pandemic or a health risk. He himself said that if I pay, the whole family can come for an examination! Scandalous! There are plenty of other very good gynecologists in Skierniewice who are worth paying for a private visit. Avoid him; he's the worst I've ever seen, and I've seen many others because of my second pregnancy. Don't waste your time waiting in line and your stress!

I don't recommend it. The receptionists mislead people. My question concerned obtaining a standard referral for tests from my GP, and I even called twice to make sure I'd receive one. The appointment was scheduled. I took time off work... And that was it. After entering the doctor's office, I discovered that the doctor wouldn't issue me such a referral.

The reception desk is a mess. Who hires these women? And why aren't they firing them? They're doing everything they can to give the clinic the worst possible reputation. Maybe they're working for a competitor?
