TRA GE DIA! I recommend the receptionists get some training in how to interact with people – I understand I've been calling the receptionist a lot, but this is ridiculous. I'd be talking to one woman, then another would pick up, and they'd be chatting amongst themselves (what could you hear?). I repeated several times that it was an in-person visit, and then the woman next to me asked again if anyone was coming or if it was a teleconsultation. There was no information about the doctor or the hours. Only when I asked for a later appointment did she graciously tell me there was no one else available. The process was quite quick, so the doctor didn't matter – so I asked for an appointment with a pediatrician, and then asked again if anyone was coming or if it was a teleconsultation. When I said I'd already said I'd come, the woman got indignant and started shouting that she needed to know so I could re-register, and then she hung up. Curtain call, do I have this appointment or not? Nobody knows.

You can call and call, and the line is either busy or they simply don't answer (I went and found the phone hung up)! How can anyone treat people this way? Getting a child to see a pediatrician is a disaster...

The review is overwhelmingly positive. A small child (from outside our area) in need of help was admitted immediately (Lubawa and the surrounding area refused admission). The receptionist was incredibly kind, and the pediatrician was a true vocation. I wish there were more people like her in the healthcare system. I highly recommend her and thank you again for your help.

Very friendly service! I was able to see an ENT specialist within two days, with my health insurance. A subsequent appointment with a neurologist was also a plus. Dr. Nowiński was very professional and the price was affordable. When the medication was unavailable, he issued a second prescription within 12 hours. I highly recommend it!
