They don't respect patients' time. They schedule appointments for 1 p.m., but another person arrives, who had an appointment for 1:15 p.m., and goes in first. I've been waiting 40 minutes for my appointment. I took a break from work specifically to see the doctor at a specific time. My break is ending, and the appointment still hasn't happened. Please stick to your appointments and respect patients' time. I should add that the appointment was made with the clinic manager—a poor image.

I've been using the clinic's services for a while now and I'm very satisfied. The family doctors take a holistic approach: they ask pertinent questions, explain the treatment plan and preventative measures, and refer patients for further diagnostics if necessary. On the plus side: punctuality, clear communication, and the option of teleconsultation when I can't visit in person.

The ladies at the front desk and in the treatment room are incredibly kind. I'm giving a negative review to Dr. Sokołowska, whose arrogant tone and dislike of the patient almost brought me to tears. There was absolutely no understanding or empathy. This is the first time in my life I've been treated this way by a doctor.

I'm very satisfied with the level of care at the clinic. At every visit with Dr. Karpiuk, I feel very well cared for and listened to in a friendly yet professional atmosphere. She cares for her patients holistically, striving to find the true cause of the problem rather than just treating symptoms. It's hard to find doctors like her; I recommend the clinic on Hallera Street to everyone!
