Unfortunately, this place is deeply rooted in the communist era. What good are patients scheduled for appointments if, despite a significant delay, I still couldn't get in because the receptionist, through a connection, ushered her colleague into the office through the back. It's a complete lack of respect for the patient. I applaud your approach to this business. And I, personally, am saying goodbye after 42 years and today I've changed my clinic to one that's truly 21st-century.
