The clinic is a typical Polish healthcare system... from the 1960s and 1970s. Two women sit at the reception desk and they know nothing, can't answer any questions, can't even say "hello" or "goodbye." At times, you even feel like you're being ignored, as some of the receptionists don't even maintain the slightest eye contact with the patient. Very unpleasant behavior. The doctors are okay, but getting into the office is quite difficult.

The worst clinic I've ever dealt with. I was just forced to cancel my appointment because the doctor forgot to inform me over the phone that payment for the visit is cash ONLY. I have two minutes left until my appointment, and the doctor can't wait for me to go to the ATM for cash after the appointment. I have to run before the appointment. It's a shame, and I'll never set foot there again!

I don't recommend it. Getting to see a doctor while sick is next to impossible. They're making people out to be crazy. I checked with a different clinic, and everything is done with a smile from the friendly receptionists.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. Getting an appointment with a doctor is next to impossible. You're on the phone from 8 a.m. only to call at 8:30 a.m. and find out there's no number available, and it happens every day. So how am I supposed to get an appointment? Send a pleading letter? This is no way to run a clinic. Perhaps they should hire more doctors given the number of patients. Dozens of patients are probably being turned away, and people aren't receiving medical care. The National Health Fund (NFZ) should investigate this because it's ridiculous.
