The clinic building on Dokerska Street in Kozanów has been renovated – the interior looks really good: clean, bright, and modern. My visit to the ophthalmologist's office went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere, and the doctor and nurse made a good impression. Unfortunately, test results are given without any discussion, leaving the patient feeling dissatisfied and lacking information. The biggest drawback is the reception staff – the women behind the counter seem forced to work there. There's a lack of empathy, an unwillingness to provide basic information, and sometimes even a cold attitude towards patients. This unfortunately spoils the entire experience. Overall, I have mixed feelings – the clinic is well-maintained and modern, but communication with the administrative staff needs significant improvement. It's a shame, because with a little friendliness, this could be a truly excellent facility.

I've been going to this clinic for two years now, and I have my allergy shots with Dr. Olas almost monthly. Every visit is professional and pleasant, both with the allergist and in the treatment room. The receptionists are also very friendly, and booking in for subsequent appointments is never a problem. I highly recommend them!

Thank you again for your help. The receptionists explained everything to me. I don't recall ever leaving this clinic without help. If I were to rely on these reviews, clearly written by people who made the wrong choice (I recommend a psychiatrist), I would have unsubscribed long ago. To expect good treatment from someone, you have to start with yourself. I've seen and heard people's behavior towards the staff more than once. The women should be protected, and insulting them should be punished. Best regards.
