  After another teleconsultation with internist Ziółkowski, I strongly advise against this doctor. He's aggressive and completely unethical, unprofessional, and lacking empathy. For the first few minutes of the conversation, he complains that the patient isn't answering the phone, insinuating that the patient should wait three hours for the doctor to call. According to him, they don't have to keep the appointment. According to this doctor, the symptoms: extreme weakness, dizziness, chills, heavy sweats, drowsiness, and brain fog, are not symptoms of the disease but a disconnect between expectations and reality. Despite being told that I can't travel to the clinic due to my health condition, he sees no reason to issue a sick note. He says that since I don't have a cold, he doesn't know what's wrong with me. Finally, the doctor told me to find out the name of the condition myself and come back to him. This is outrageous behavior from a doctor! Lack of ethics is an understatement!

  I've never been able to get through to the clinic by phone. Even when I was first in line and waited 20 minutes, it was absurd.

  For us, the Konstancin Clinic is Dr. Krystyna Ziółkowska. A wonderful, priceless, irreplaceable pediatrician. A master in her specialty. There is no pediatrician like Dr. Ziółkowska in the entire province!!! She has been treating my daughter, who is now 15, for three weeks. Always a perfect diagnosis with a thorough examination, history, and appropriate anxiety treatment. It was Dr. Ziółkowska who detected my daughter's allergies, vision defects, and spine problems at an early age and ensured appropriate vaccinations. Thanks to her dedication and passion, the defects and illnesses detected are now cured. I am the happy parent of a healthy child, thanks to Dr. Ziółkowska. I wholeheartedly recommend her and am grateful that she is at the Konstancin Clinic and that my daughter is her patient!! Thank you so much, Dr. Ziółkowska!!!!

  Bardzo dobra przychodnia z profesjonalną kadrą i świetną recepcją. Wspaniali lekarze Dr. Ziółkowska i Dr. Ziółkowski z dużym doświadczeniem w leczeniu, bezpieczne szczepienia oraz dobra opieka pediatryczna. Jestem wdzięczny tym fachowcom służby zdrowia za niesienie pomocy ludziom w potrzebie. Panie na recepcji też są bardzo uprzejme i kulturalne. Przychodnia w nowoczesnym czystym budynku, z windą. Parking na ulicy lub w pobliżu. Polecam.

  Constant delays. Why make an appointment for an hour when you wait over 20 minutes for an appointment/blood draw? Furthermore, the receptionist is rude to people who come in. She yells at them. It seems the staff should be trained in customer service.
