I recently registered my child for the Well-Child Clinic and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The woman at the registration desk was friendly and extremely helpful. The women at the vaccination center are professional, kind, and have a great approach to children. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, and I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews.

I'm satisfied with the care provided by the pediatricians. The registration staff is always helpful. There's a long line to get my blood drawn, but I guess that's normal.

No renovation changes the people working in a walk-in clinic like this. After today's visit, I don't think they're treating anyone there. The entire staff lacks empathy for patients. I don't like it; I think they should privatize primary care facilities like this. I've gotten more attention at the laundry than at the walk-in clinic. Everyone pretends not to see you. I was the only patient outside the office and had to wait over 20 minutes to get in. It's a disaster. Years have passed, and the communist system... It's here and it's doing just fine.

The clinic on Kleczewska Street is a real failure, some kind of PRL in the full sense of the word, I do not recommend it, waste of nerves and, above all, time of the laboratory which does not have sufficient products for testing under the National Health Fund, a disaster!!!

The staff in the collection room are taking other employees' children out of turn. I waited over 45 minutes to give my daughter a sample. When I politely pointed this out, the woman was rude and even whispered something under her breath! Shameful.
