Like most clinics, this one gets flak for its often inefficient or ineffective system. But that's a different story. Yes, you have to call, sometimes multiple times, but overall, I've never been left without help. Of course, during flu season, you sometimes have to wait and ask for a doctor, but I don't know of any other clinics that don't. The clinic is clean, the staff and registration desk are helpful, and the doctors and nurses always provided me with information about my appointment. They were happy to advise and open to suggestions. They never refused a referral. And prescriptions can be filled via email. I recommend it.

I read a 5-star post asking why there are so many bad reviews. Let me explain. Suddenly, on Sunday, you develop a fever. A few hours later, you also have chills. You're constantly on ibuprofen. At night, you take two pills to stop the chills. You can't go to work like that. You go to the clinic. On Monday, you can get an appointment on Thursday. The doctor at the clinic can't, maybe another one when he comes. You leave and wonder what to do. You buy a combo test, and it turns out you have COVID. A private doctor helps you and prescribes medication. Private. You pay 100%. This is what the National Health Fund (NFZ) pays for me as a registered patient for the clinic every month if they don't help me. And the ladies at the reception desk are actually nice. And that's it.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist explained everything clearly, immediately updated my information, and helped me get tested. The doctor, in turn, explained the symptoms very clearly and diagnosed two different, unrelated health problems. This approach deserves only positive reviews.
