  I've been using the services of the clinic on Radzymińska Street for many years. Of course, there are different doctors. For me, the best doctors at the clinic are Dr. Jurczyk and Dr. Surwiłło. Professional, kind, and empathetic. The women at the registration desk were also always helpful. The nurses at the vaccination center are also very professional. I have no complaints about the clinic. I recommend it.

  The clinic looks like an office and operates like one. Everyone is rude, especially the midwife in front of the gynecologist's office. I had the address wrong and she treated it as if I was trying to cheat her. She wasn't helpful at all; she's probably just there to annoy people. As for the exam itself, Ms. Mirosława doesn't seem to enjoy her job; she's not patient, not kind, and not gentle. She was reluctant to provide any information, couldn't explain the difference between the exams; she just said one was more "accurate" and didn't explain what that meant specifically. During the procedure, I felt violated. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CARED ABOUT THE PATIENT'S COMFORT AT ANY STAGE. This is the first time I've been treated so poorly in a facility like this. I burst into tears after the visit. Seriously, there are better places, yes, even those covered by the National Health Fund. I don't recommend it.

  This clinic is a disaster! There are always long lines to make an appointment with the dentist. Apparently, there are no available slots. And even if you make an appointment for a specific time, you wait at the door for almost 50 minutes. I understand that the dentist won't do a tooth in 5 minutes. But if there's a designated time for a patient, then the next patient sitting outside the office should be seen according to the order and the scheduled time. And the dental assistant who takes a friend with her son, calling him by his first name, doesn't work. You come in with him because he's underage. And those sitting outside the office are ignored. What's this even supposed to mean? Damn, I work alone in the healthcare system, in the operating room, and in our office, the patient is sacred. He comes in at a specific time because that's his appointment. And only after I've been operated on do they take another one. Where is the management of this clinic?!?!???? Maybe it's high time you take a closer look at your staff, because some of them seem to be working there as a form of punishment. And if this continues (and many people read reviews on Google), and if there's no improvement, it's high time the Patient Rights Ombudsman or the National Health Fund took a closer look at how patients are treated in the Dental Department. Management, please take a closer look at your staff. You people are giving this clinic a wide berth. Best regards.

  We arrived at the clinic to have our 5-month-old daughter's blood drawn. We went to the third floor, where an elderly woman was at the reception desk, who—honestly—shouldn't be working there anymore. We asked her if this was where children were registered and if we could get the stickers needed for the test. She replied no, that it was "just an office." So we went further – to the "just an office," where the women were already ready to draw blood. There, it turned out that it was this elderly woman who should have been issuing us the stickers. We returned with our small child, and the receptionist, unfortunately, couldn't speak to people or behave. She definitely shouldn't be working in a place where communication with patients is required – especially with parents of small children. Fortunately, the women drawing blood were absolutely fantastic – completely professional! Quick, efficient, and painless – our daughter didn't even have time to get scared. We wish we could always meet employees like this! Unfortunately, one incompetent person at the reception desk can ruin the entire experience. It's a shame.
