The lack of respect and empathy from the reception staff. A person with a broken leg was forced to stand in line, unable to be seated or receive faster service. The "everyone endures" line is outrageous and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding for patients. Basic principles of courtesy, helping those in poor health, and a normal, humane approach should be adhered to in a clinic. A plump, painted brunette :)

On January 12th, I started using the rehabilitation center on the first floor. I arrived on Monday and went to the elevator. It turned out that the elevator was out of order and that the pedestrian crossing was in poor condition. I am a disabled person and it is difficult to climb the stairs. I really didn't like it. There was no information on the elevator door that the elevator was broken and I had to climb the stairs, and it was difficult for me, and it's still like that, and on Monday it will have been two weeks since the elevator stopped working.

It's a complete disaster! Registration is SUPPOSEDLY open until 2:30 PM. Every day I drive an extra 20 km after work just to collect my results. I arrive a few minutes before 2:30 PM and it's always the same – no one is there. I have a doctor's appointment in two days, I'll go without the results, and the doctor will read the tea leaves... Previous reviews should have given you pause a long time ago to think that someone competent could be working there...

The receptionist (the blonde with a short haircut) is very unpleasant. Today I just approached to ask about accepting a referral, and she came at me with a grudge, as if she had to sit out of work as a punishment.
