  Ms. Eliza is a true professional. I used her help during my pregnancy to prepare for labor and to alleviate pregnancy discomforts, including musculoskeletal issues and nausea. I also used her services after delivery to check if everything was okay and to develop appropriate exercises that helped me return to my pre-pregnancy "settings." A big plus was the in-office biofeedback therapy and the ultrasound machine, which allowed us to check for rectus abdominis separation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Eliza and will definitely return to her many times.

She listens carefully, selects appropriate exercises, and recommends what to work on at home. Each visit ends with a text message summary and relevant instructions with links.
