Dr. Anna Konarzewska is an extraordinary person, full of understanding, attentive, and truly committed to the well-being of patients. She is definitely the right person in the right position, demonstrating great concern for their well-being. The nurse is exceptionally gentle, warm, and helpful. The receptionists deserve enormous recognition: kind, open, and professional, they work with dedication. Congratulations to the Clinic Manager on building such a well-functioning team. Bravo!

  Personally, I've been going to this clinic for a long time, along with my children. I love Dr. Konarzewska and I'm glad I found her because finally, a doctor listens and wants to help, not treat people as punishment. The receptionists are helpful; when it's busy and we answer the phone, they politely ask for a moment. I've never had an unpleasant experience. Sometimes, looking at the patients, or rather the parents of the children, I can sympathize, but with the receptionists. Those with complaints can always take advantage. If they don't appreciate what's here, or Drzymały, it's worth going to private appointments... there, the patient will be treated like...

  Dr. Anna Konarzewska is an angel to me, always empathetic, helpful, and doesn't downplay a person's health. The ladies at the front desk are really great for me. If I can't make an appointment that day, they call me back and always find me an appointment. The nurses in the treatment room are also great. For me (and I've been to several clinics), it's really good. The only downside is that it's difficult to get through in the morning, but oh well, you can't have everything 🤭☺️

  A top-notch clinic! I visited Dr. Gajewska with my daughter. She's very reliable, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend her. The receptionist was very kind; I didn't even have to tell her we had an appointment; she recognized us right away :) and not just us, because I noticed she has a good memory and recognizes the clinic's patients in the blink of an eye. This doesn't happen often, or even ever. I've been to Dr. Szwaja twice, and she saw me when I wasn't a patient at the clinic. I went there last fall with a fever and was unsteady on my feet, and she didn't refuse to help me. On the contrary, I received help and quickly recovered. And that episode was the deciding factor in transferring myself and my daughter to this clinic, and I don't regret it! I highly recommend it.

  I'm taking a few stars off for the nurse. Everyone is afraid of her. She has a strange approach to children and parents. She can be rude and insensitive. She shows no empathy for the little ones; quite the opposite, she approaches the situation with a sarcastic approach, like at a Biedronka supermarket. It's terribly sad because the doctors are phenomenal, but unfortunately, babies often have to interact with a nurse in addition to the doctors because of vaccinations. And then both the parent and the child become stressed because, unfortunately, there's no empathetic or friendly person on the other side of the door. Can the facility manager have a disciplinary conversation with this woman? Many people on Pruszków forums and Google reviews mention this inconvenience.
