Since the arrival of many new doctors, I've been very pleased with my recent visits. You can really see the difference; they don't prescribe a handful of pills just because the "old" doctors thought it helped. First, they conduct a thorough interview with the patient and determine what tests are needed. After the tests and results are in, they can help you. A big thank you to Karolina Ś. for her help. I wish there were many more good and wonderful doctors like her. Thank you.

There are no words for what's going on here... not only is it impossible to get through. And when you try to get through, there are no beds, and they won't squeeze a sick child in. And when, by some miracle, a child does get in, not only are people getting in over 30 minutes later. Priority is given to those who just come in to ask something... I wonder why? If you've been calling since morning and can't get through. If a child is scheduled to be sick with a fever, why is someone off the street being taken in among the patients? Something is seriously wrong here... and this isn't the first time this has happened...

The receptionist's approach to patients is beyond words, leading discussions and downplaying whether the appointment is urgent or not. That's why they're there, tailoring the appointment to the patient, since they're the ones calling to reschedule it! People schedule appointments for specific times, for example, to get there on time from work, because people are working, and the woman is arguing about how to adjust your work schedule. It's a disaster!

The worst clinic in Pruszcz Gdański! Nothing has changed in all these years! What am I paying my dues for? Only to call half an hour later and be told there's no room left for my sick child! It's the same every time...

I don't usually write reviews, and when I do, it's only positive ones. However, Dr. Kiepura's lack of empathy and ignorance towards a person suffering from pain was too much for me. The woman at the grocery store showed more concern and empathy.
