  Regarding Dr. Aptowicz, I highly recommend her. However, I find the hour-and-a-half delays at a private clinic very unprofessional. When I asked at the reception desk if there would be such a delay before my next appointment (there's no point in driving and sitting for two hours when I could just as easily spend those two hours at home), I was told there was no need to call them. I see from the reviews that getting through to this clinic is practically impossible. The women in the waiting room explained that there are such delays every time. I think everyone is outraged that they have to wait an hour and a half when going to a private doctor. Everyone could just as easily go to the National Health Fund (NFZ) – wait an hour and a half, pay nothing, and at least get a smile from the receptionist instead of outrage.

  I'd give it 0 stars if I could. It's 2025, a private clinic – delays of up to 2 hours. When I went to the reception desk to make my next appointment, the woman indignantly suggested she was lying about the day the doctor had scheduled for my next appointment. Of course, the women waiting in the waiting room were also outraged and loudly considering changing doctors, some of them already accustomed to such delays, which happen all the time... I honestly say it's simply a disgrace... especially when you see women in advanced stages of pregnancy barely sitting still, waiting 2 hours because of such a delay. When we go to a private doctor, we have a specific appointment, so it would be nice to be able to get in at that time as well. Most people who go private simply don't have much time. They could just as easily go to the National Health Fund and wait 2 hours without paying for the appointment. I think it's simply a lack of respect for the patients/clients of this entire clinic.

  I would like to sincerely thank the entire ELBIT MED team in Ciechanów for their exceptionally professional approach and tremendous support. From the moment I registered to the end of the examination, I felt cared for and treated with complete respect—the atmosphere was very friendly and calm, which was very important in my situation. Special thanks go to Dr. Leszek Głębocki—his dedication, patience, and thoroughness made the examination stress-free and completely professional. I traveled from my hometown of Koszalin—a whopping 432 km by train each way—and despite the distance, choosing this clinic was absolutely worth it. Your expertise and personal approach made the journey completely worthwhile. I highly recommend ELBIT MED to anyone seeking reliable, compassionate, and competent medical care.   I DO NOT RECOMMEND the receptionists, especially the redheaded woman. She's rude and very demanding, rolling her eyes when you ask for a different appointment because she has work. Another thing: you can't get through on the phone, there's time for coffee and everything else, just not for what you need. Overall, the surgeon is a super nice and friendly professional, an A+, but I'd rate the reception less than 1 star 🤷🏼‍♀️😒

  Professional assistance with registration, good access to specialists, modern equipment in examination and treatment rooms, and an empathetic, friendly, and cooperative staff. A separate telemarketing center would be useful, as it's difficult to reach by phone.
