It would be nice if the ladies at the reception desk would not hang up after 2 hours on the line but answer the phone!! I have no words for the reception!!

It's very difficult to get through on the phone and schedule an appointment. I wanted to schedule my son and the next available appointment for next week. I'm considering transferring to a different clinic.

The clinic is rated A+. The receptionists and treatment room staff are kind, empathetic, and always smiling. Dr. Szczap, the family doctor, is a true doctor by vocation. She approaches patients with 100% commitment, is kind, always smiling, and most importantly, has an open heart. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
