I feel the need to write something because when I was referred here for tests, the previous reviews really scared me. But in reality: the receptionists were kind and helpful, the doctor performing the test was polite and professional, and the nurses were empathetic, respectful, and skilled at drawing blood. I hate needles, and these kinds of situations always stress me out, but here I met people who were either simply neutral or made the experience easier for me. The line for tests this morning was long, and the team dealt with it very quickly. I didn't feel rushed or slighted.

I had an appointment with a surgeon and I don't recommend him. I paid 180 złoty for a consultation, and the doctor graciously said one thing to me: I was told to undress in the operating room with the doors and windows open. While I was undergoing the procedure and in pain, the nurse raised her voice and demanded my personal information and PESEL number. No advice on how to dress a deep wound. A very expensive private service, yet lacking even the most basic customer service, a complete lack of respect for this precious human being.

For three days, I tried calling several times, at different times, and waited patiently. Despite being first in line, each call took at least 30 minutes. Finally, just when I thought I had gotten through, the woman picked up the phone. I could hear conversations between her and another woman, then hung up, and the call was disconnected. I tried calling again, but I didn't get through, and I had to contact another facility. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one affected. I would advise you to reconsider how you treat people who spend their time and money getting tests done. I highly recommend it.
