Avoid the collection room. The clinic is open until 7 p.m., and the patient list in the aforementioned room closes around 5 p.m. People who have registered for collections are not included in the list and must wait indefinitely. The registration desk maintains the patient list and then processes it. I have no complaints about the registration desk, as it did its job. I managed to register for 7:30 a.m. through Cito and privately, and I managed to get in for collections at 9:10 a.m. after several inquiries and much fuss from the staff. There was no supervision of the office. Three patients were seen from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

I'm very pleased; the phone registration went smoothly. My appointment with the specialist was stress-free and the help was quick. The clinic is quite well-organized; appointments are made by the hour; it's worth stopping by early because patients sometimes don't show up. There are parking spaces next to the clinic. It's difficult to find a spot, but people are constantly leaving, and for me, the wait was literally a minute. There's a pharmacy nearby, so you can get your prescription filled.

We had a checkup with our newborn. After 10 minutes, Tomasz (the osteopath) was already losing his patience and sighing because he couldn't calm the baby down on his own. He offered NO methods other than placing his hand on the chest. He massaged for about 5 minutes and showed us how to hold the baby properly (of course, even though we were nervous, because we had the nerve to ask twice if it was the right thing to do). My impressions after the visit were ZERO exercises, a lot of stress, and a lack of specifics. We wasted 45 minutes of our time and 220 złoty, leaving with the same knowledge and guilt that we were supposedly doing everything wrong. I will never recommend this "specialist" to anyone. I should add: We've just seen a pediatric physiotherapist and received a ton of exercises and valuable advice on calming the baby.

On the day of my scheduled appointment with the National Health Fund-funded orthopedist, the doctor didn't show up for work, and all patients were canceled for that day. Patients were informed that the clinic would contact them to reschedule. The clinic never contacted me. I called weeks later to ask when I could reschedule. I was told there were no available appointments, and the orthopedist had been unavailable since April. The clinic's lack of communication with the patient was a major drawback, as time was running out, and instead of finding a new doctor at another clinic, I waited for them to contact me and reschedule, which was a mistake, as the clinic couldn't offer me an appointment.

A lot of people complain, but I'm quite the opposite, unless something has changed. I've called several times, and the lovely ladies at the front desk answer almost immediately. Overall, the clinic is okay, and most importantly, the urologist, who I've had visits with, is completely professional.
