Can anyone explain the situation? I've been calling for the 35th time since 7:00 a.m. today, and I get the message "busy, please call back later." I've noticed that this usually happens on Mondays. Registration begins by phone after 8:00 a.m., when the hotline queue opens. You can call and call before that. Don't the ladies turn on their phones earlier? Are there that many people calling? Then after 8:00 a.m., or rather around 9:00 a.m....when I finally get through, there's no one there. And I get a message that the ladies are answering the phone as usual.

I have a family doctor at this clinic, so what can I say about this place? First of all, it's difficult (almost impossible) to make an appointment online. The information about phone registration starting at 7 a.m. hasn't been updated, which is why I couldn't make an appointment recently. The doctors at the clinic are okay, as is the reception staff. A major drawback is that there are many people wanting appointments at the same time, and the clinic sometimes struggles with efficient service.

I have no complaints about the gynecologist, Ms. Oksana Ivanychko. She's a very good, competent specialist. She explains everything thoroughly, is attentive and gentle, and provides excellent pregnancy care. However, I would like to point out the blood pressure measuring equipment in the doctor's office. The cuff on the blood pressure monitor is very narrow – probably designed for people with very slim hands. You have to hold it in place every time because it barely closes, which is uncomfortable and can affect the accuracy of the measurement. It would be great if there was a standard-sized cuff – it would improve the comfort and accuracy of the examination.

I highly recommend this clinic! The service is top-notch – the receptionists, nurses, and blood draw staff are always polite and professional. I would especially like to praise my family doctor, Ania Karczewska, who is a true professional. She stands out for her modern approach to patients and genuine concern for the health of her patients. You can feel that she truly cares about them. The only inconvenience may be having to arrive before 7:00 a.m. and waiting for the clinic to open, but this allows you to see a doctor the same day, which is a huge advantage these days and crucial for me.
