The pediatrician was very unpleasant, even arrogant. After finding my daughter's medical records to be garbage, I was forced to change clinics. A patient came in for a referral, and the doctor arrogantly slammed the table while giving it. All I had to do was refuse and explain my opinion. I don't recommend it.

The clinic provides excellent contact with the doctor. I personally commend family doctor Tomasz Nowakowski, who doesn't ignore any symptoms, administering appropriate medications and referring for further tests. The clinic is worthy of first contact, demonstrating empathy from start to finish and striving to optimally resolve the matter.

The worst clinic in the area. It's impossible to schedule an appointment for the same day or the next day if you're sick. There are no available appointments. This is the answer I get over the phone. Seriously? Unfortunately, I'll be filing a complaint with the National Health Fund. Edit: After filing a complaint, the facility manager contacted me. He apologized and explained the problem. I was given an appointment and examined. The manager, who is also a doctor at this facility, rose to the occasion and saved the clinic's image in my eyes.

The ladies who work there are very nice and helpful. Today I had an emergency, and the ladies gave me advice and were very involved, so I'm very happy. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic 😁

One doctor can raise her voice to a patient with serious problems simply because he dares to forget something, thus deepening his problems. Another senior doctor at this facility doesn't let the patient get a word in, bombarding him with comments that don't allow the patient to think about a response. The receptionists sometimes get out of bed on the wrong side of the bed, making the patient feel their emotional instability. The situation at this facility is saved by an empathetic nurse at the blood collection station.
