  I hope I won't be going there again. I'll make it clear right away that the doctor I saw was a very competent person who helped me. The main problem with this clinic is the registration process. Communication between staff is abysmal—you can ask one about something, they say there's no problem, and the next day someone else shows up and doesn't know anything about it; he wasn't there yesterday. The worst is the middle-aged blonde, a very bitter and rude person who is unsuitable for working with people. If she wasn't there yesterday, doesn't know anything, and doesn't care, she should find a new job.

  I had a consultation appointment for wisdom teeth, for which I'd been waiting 4-5 months. Dr. Monika Bazala-Nowicka was not only an hour late, but also rudely commented that if she wanted, she could also have my first wisdom tooth removed, as there was definitely no need for wisdom teeth. She looked at my teeth for literally 10 seconds and started arguing that she wouldn't do it without a certificate confirming the need for extraction. There was misinformation at the reception desk, where I emailed my documents, and the woman in the office told me they didn't accept emails. The doctor was completely rude, just ridiculed. This is the first time I've heard that I need a certificate from an orthodontist for wisdom tooth extraction. Avoid her completely!

  I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. After an hour's wait, I was admitted, but they refused to extract a wisdom tooth. The patient before me was also sent away and ultimately didn't have the wisdom tooth extracted, which he was scheduled for. The waiting room was chaotic; the doctor in one office didn't show up, other patients waited long after their scheduled time, and you could hear private conversations outside the door instead of seeing patients. My consultation appointment was canceled a week earlier. This clinic shouldn't offer tooth extractions if they don't perform them. I definitely don't recommend this place.

  I recommend it. I've been a gynecologist patient for a long time and I'm very satisfied. I feel well-cared for and completely comfortable here. I found it because of the location and the quick appointments. The receptionist always finds a convenient time for me, which is important given my work schedule.
