  The doctors here are good, but the service/registration system definitely needs to be improved. Getting through on the phone is sometimes a disaster, and when you come in for an urgent referral/prescription, it's a complete outrage. If anyone is working there as a punishment, they should resign. Mr. Antkowiak himself deserves 5 stars.

  I do not recommend this clinic. I wholeheartedly advise against making an appointment there. My child chokes when coughing, and getting through is next to impossible. After waiting two hours, I was told I should have called in advance (I called first thing in the morning) or arrived at 7:30. When I explained that I couldn't leave my child with anyone and come, the doctor said the only solution would be for me to come with my child and wait. However, she forgot to inform me that the doctor sees patients until X hour (there's no doctor's schedule anywhere, and we'd previously had appointments at different times of the day). When we arrived, the doctor was gone. This clinic is a complete joke. When I arrived and told them I'd been trying to call the doctor since early morning and no one answered, I was told they couldn't answer when someone was being attended to (the ladies were always drinking coffee and chatting in the background when I arrived). Furthermore, the phone was on silent. I highly do not recommend it. The next time such a situation occurs, it will be reported to the Patient Ombudsman.

  Like most people, I called, but to no avail. In the meantime, I got in my car and, staying on the line, drove to the clinic. The four women at the registration desk were chatting away (surely discussing important matters). When I showed them my phone and after only 20 minutes on the phone, they suddenly hung up in a panic. I wish I had had a forehead camera. There were no sensible arguments for not answering the phone. Finally, I was told that I could change clinics. I really think it was time. Best regards ✌

  Why does this clinic have a phone registration system if you can never get through? And when you do go to register, there are no available appointments, and you can't make an appointment for the next day. I don't recommend personally checking children out of this clinic.

  I advise replacing the staff! I've witnessed landline phones being deliberately muted more than once! The ladies have time to talk about their business, but answering the phone is a real pain. I've been on hold for almost two hours, and no one has the patience to answer. Thanks to people like this, the doctor, who is a very good specialist, is losing his job.
