The receptionists on the first floor were completely unprofessional and rude. They refused to remove the tick from the child, which is their duty, making foolish excuses and referring the child to the facility where the child has a family doctor. So if you're on vacation, you have to go back to where you came from because no one will help you. It's a joke and a circus, and I don't recommend it.

I am very pleased with the service at this clinic. The ladies at the reception desk upstairs are very, very polite, as is the doctor I go to, Dr. Jan Bernakiwicz, who always has time to talk and advise on the treatment of my condition.

The ladies at the front desk are a joke. Rude, unpleasant, and always with a grimace. Your competitors are way ahead of you in their approach to patients; these facilities seem stuck in the past. Avoid them.

I haven't been able to get through on the phone since morning, I've been trying for 30-40 minutes with no response. With two children, I can't leave at my convenience and go make an appointment for my child. Despite the hours, it's always "first come, first served." The receptionists are not nice. I don't know why people do this job if they don't like it and are in it as a punishment. I don't recommend it!

I'm not young anymore and I've seen a lot of different doctors. But my new primary care doctor was great. I came in with bronchitis. She tested me and prescribed antibiotics. I said (and I'm biased against antibiotics), "Can't you do it without antibiotics?" The doctor said yes, but I have to promise to stay in bed for three days. So I said, "I promise." I was surprised the doctor didn't tell me she was the doctor here and I should take whatever she said. To which the doctor replied, "I know that if you don't want antibiotics, they won't even buy them at the pharmacy, and I want to cure you." The young girl (for me) was right. So we decided on a non-antibiotic treatment, and it worked. There was once a series on Radio 3 called "As a young doctor on a remote outpost... this young doctor actually cured me then." That's why I highly recommend this facility.
