Terrible service. It's practically impossible to get through, the staff rarely answers the phone, the doctor is constantly late, and I have to wait in line for hours, even though I have an appointment. I don't receive any notifications about my delay. This is disrespectful to the patient.

I highly recommend it ❤️. The appointments went smoothly. The doctors were very kind and friendly, with a professional approach to patients. I had no problem getting through to the registration desk, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She explained everything and scheduled an appointment. And those complaining about not being able to get through must have called after the registration desk's opening hours. You can't please anyone!

The visit costs a lot of money, the patient makes an appointment for a time that suits them, and when they arrive half an hour before their scheduled appointment, it turns out that "they have to wait" because other people have arrived earlier, from different times, and "they come in one by one", "because I was there earlier"...

I don't recommend an abdominal ultrasound. The description is too vague and there are no photos. I was told, "Please, look for the cause of the pain." I asked why they charge 180 PLN. I 100% do not recommend an ultrasound. It's exploitative for me.

I've never had a problem getting through to the reception desk. I've been seeing Dr. Teresa Krukiewicz-Wójcik for about seven or eight years. She's the only gynecologist who's always been respectful, and she's never treated me less favorably because of my appearance, unlike some. She's a very kind, friendly, and helpful doctor. My only complaint is the frequent wait times for pregnant women, which, as a visitor, are a nuisance, as the wait times can sometimes be up to two hours, if not longer. Overall, I'd say the place is a positive experience.
