  My experience with this clinic was very disappointing. The doctor downplayed my symptoms, despite a positive COVID-19 test, claiming it was just a sore throat. Worse still, he clearly didn't know what to do – instead of providing proper care, he referred me to the hospital. There, I was confirmed to have both COVID-19 and sinusitis. This lack of basic knowledge raises serious doubts about his competence. When I calmly and politely tried to explain something, I received an extremely unprofessional comment: "Don't teach me how to make babies." When I asked for a written refusal of sick leave, he threatened to call the police. I definitely do not recommend this clinic – it lacks knowledge, empathy, and respect for the patient.

  Dr. Kasia (the pediatrician) made a very good first impression on us. Although we've only seen her once so far, it's already clear that she treats children with warmth and empathy, and parents with understanding. She was happy to answer all our questions. We're happy with our choice of pediatrician.

  So far, I haven't had any problems getting an appointment with a doctor or getting through to the registration desk. Dr. Gawrońska is a good doctor and treats each patient individually. Our entire family is a member of the clinic and we are satisfied with the treatment.

  The receptionist has zero experience. I called 60 times today and no one answers. Yesterday I called the clinic and the lady hung up after saying "hello." Lack of competence. Dr. Mościcki doesn't know how to treat me. He treated me for hypothyroidism. After the results, I went to a doctor in Szczecin and it turned out I had the beginnings of atherosclerosis, but I learned nothing from Dr. Mościcki. He doesn't provide referrals for important results because "the results must be at least six months/a year after the previous ones." Failure. Avoid.

  For me, this is the best clinic. They've never disappointed. Dr. Gawrońska thoroughly investigates the condition. For me, she's the perfect doctor. Praxis Clinic cares deeply about its patients. You can get an appointment with an ophthalmologist right away. I highly recommend them.
