I traveled from Gdańsk to this hospital, and it was worth it! The staff is excellent! Natalia, the midwife, is incredibly kind and helpful, an angel. Dr. Tomasz N. is a true doctor! Empathetic, with a heart in his hand, words cannot express how grateful I am. The ladies in the office are competent, understanding, and always smiling. The only person who ruins the facility's image is Ania (the midwife)—she showed no empathy or understanding. Work as a punishment? Everything else is impeccable. Regardless, I recommend this hospital and the people who run it! Thank you for such wonderful care 🩷

The staff is so nice that you feel like you're in a private hospital, I've been there several times and the midwives and doctors are friendly, the equipment in the room after the surgery is great, everything is fine.

The maternity ward and postpartum ward themselves are fantastic. The conditions are like those of a private hospital (except perhaps for the meals and the lack of anesthesiologists and therefore anesthesia, which should be standard worldwide these days). The midwives are helpful and kind, with one exception I encountered. I really wanted to give birth in Malbork because the maternity ward has such good reviews. The first thing I heard was, "Why isn't my doctor from Malbork, and I am?" As if that were really important. And the spell was broken. The doctors, with a few exceptions, were unpleasant. My labor lasted a very long time and ended with a vacuum. I was attended by a doctor who truly deserves to be called a doctor with a capital "L." Dr. Neumann created a truly wonderful atmosphere in the maternity ward, explained how to push, and joked around. He was a great man. If I were to give birth in Malbork again, I would choose this hospital as well, but I would be more decisive about some things.

A tragedy. The woman providing information over the phone was completely incompetent. I was treated as if I were at least worse, and certainly more stupid, than she was. After informing her that no one would see me with a referral, she mocked me for thinking I was at the grocery store, not the doctor's office. Lack of manners and manners. It's sad that some people think they're better than others.

The delivery room was perfect! It's important to ask about everything before choosing a facility, as epidurals aren't available for natural childbirth. The midwives, nurses, doctors, and all the staff were wonderful! Thank you again!
