There's no problem with contact. Yes, sometimes you have to call a few times, but it doesn't take more than 10 minutes. A neurologist has short deadlines, a thorough and thorough interview, and a straightforward conversation without unnecessary pleasantries, but that's not what a doctor is for. Asking about your profession is highly recommended, in my opinion; work can be a stress factor.

I was a patient at this facility today and I'm very pleased with my visit with the surgeon – I felt like I was in Leśna Góra. The receptionists were incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic, both during the appointment process – they helped me solve my problem – and during my stay today. I should also add that I have mobility issues.

I do not recommend this clinic, especially the neurologist. The doctor I saw seems completely incompetent and burnt out. She doesn't listen to patients, doesn't read medical records, and makes numerous errors in her notes. I feel like she should have stopped seeing patients a long time ago. This was a very disappointing visit – instead of help, I received disinterest and disregard. I definitely do not recommend this facility.

I don't recommend it. The gynecologist chose telemedicine to inform me of the test results. When I asked a question about the treatment, she said she wouldn't explain everything three times and that if I didn't like this method, I should find another doctor. She hung up on me! Of course, the National Health Fund paid for the visit; the entire conversation lasted three minutes. I find the doctor's attitude outrageous, lacking professionalism and disregarding the basic principles that should be the foundation of a doctor's chosen profession. Following the gynecologist's advice, I will find another doctor.
