Hello, today I had a very unpleasant and unpleasant visit with my daughter to Dr. Ewa T., a pediatrician at the "MEDICA" clinic in Będzin, Za Górnego Street 21a. My daughter and I arrived after making an appointment by phone for a specific time. We knocked on the doctor's door and were already turned away because she was browsing Facebook. Once we got in, I informed her that we were there for a checkup, but my daughter had a cold and would like to be examined. The doctor told me to sit down, but I refused and sat my daughter down because she was weak. The doctor insisted that I sit down, not the child, but I firmly refused. I felt she was there as a punishment. She asked a few questions about my daughter and performed a checkup, ignoring the fact that the child was sick. Then she handed me the note and didn't prescribe any medications. This is outrageous behavior. If you don't want to be treated, don't do it. Please change the doctor in this facility, he scares away children.

Very nice and competent ladies at the reception with a big heart ♥️.... Even though they start work at 7, they won't let the patient freeze outside if he arrives early, they just invite him inside to wait for registration in the warmth..... (Today in Wojkowice, I and a lot of other patients stood in front of the door for about half an hour and despite the cold, they didn't let us in even a minute earlier)

The receptionists' attitude is terrible: they're rude and unkind, and the word "culture" is unfamiliar to them. Some of the women working there can't even say "hello." Not to mention that after approaching the receptionist, you won't hear a single question from them, like, "I'm listening, how can I help you?" During the registration process, the women usually don't even say a word. As for the doctors, things are a bit better. They are indeed friendly and polite, but I feel like when you go in for an appointment, you have to know exactly what's wrong and what kind of referral you want, because doctors are reluctant to refer you for further tests to diagnose the patient. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

A clinic straight out of the communist era. The staff doesn't perform their duties. It's impossible to obtain any information, and the staff is disoriented, lost, and certainly incompetent. I don't even recommend going there.

I have no complaints. I can always get through by phone, make an appointment, or get a prescription. The ladies are always very thorough and take care of everything. I have no complaints.
