I had the "pleasure" of visiting Mr. Zieliński. This person should not be a doctor, as was evident from his behavior in the office and from his replies to comments here. He shows no respect for anyone. He is professionally exhausted and lacks empathy.

I was supposed to be seen between 11 and 15. I arrived after 13 and was informed that the doctor was at a conference and was seeing patients until 13:00. Of course, no one bothered to inform me about this. The lady at the reception was rude and could not suggest any other solution to the situation. I do not recommend this place, the people working there are incompetent. To the comment below: I arrived after 13:00 because I was informed that the doctor was seeing patients until 15:00. The computer schedule has nothing to do with the information I received over the phone. I would not have come from Wrocław just to make someone's life miserable. I believe that I was misled, it is a pity that you are unable to admit to this mistake. If you have a recording from the monitoring, maybe our telephone conversation is also recorded, which I would be happy to listen to.

Tragic!!! Over the phone, the receptionist stated they were performing a shoulder ultrasound. Upon arrival, the technician stated they didn't perform such tests. The result: a wasted week waiting for an appointment for a test that never happened, even though the service was promised. I have to wait another week for the test at a different location. No respect for the patient!!!

The service is terrible; they can't specify the doctor's opening hours. Furthermore, the doctor's schedule is posted on the notice board, which lists the address, name, and opening hours. After referring to this, the woman who works there claims she doesn't know where the doctor is (despite the address) and doesn't know the opening hours (despite the opening hours). Furthermore, they incorrectly inform patients by phone about the appointment time. My appointment was scheduled between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., but it turns out the doctor is available until 1 p.m. A trip of over 100 km is wasted in this case. Avoid this place.

Rheumatologist Grażyna Zbierska Matusiak - a visit is exactly as it should be: she explains everything thoroughly, takes an interest in the patient's condition (not dismissive), orders all necessary tests... In the office, you feel like you're in the good hands of a dedicated doctor. I recommend her! :)
