  I strongly do not recommend pediatrician Małgorzata Lesiak-Rybak. Her medical knowledge regarding infants is outdated. For an 8-month-old's abdominal pain, she suggested that the best treatment is fasting or adding carrot or rice porridge to a bottle of milk. It's frightening that such a doctor treats children without up-to-date medical knowledge about young children.

  It would be good if Mr. Cupał had at least a modicum of understanding with small children, because that's what I'd expect from a pediatrician. My daughter is traumatized by someone in a white coat, and when he walks into the office, he's hysterical. Mr. Cupał forces every examination, which is unacceptable to me. He scolds parents for holding the vaccine incorrectly or looking the wrong way. Even a pre-vaccination appointment, when the child is healthy, is like this. Appointments are too stressful for me as a mother, let alone the child. But I think he's knowledgeable; thanks to him, we vaccinated our daughter correctly. If Mrs. Rybak had chosen, our daughter would have been vaccinated incorrectly—the wrong amount, the wrong time. The nurses are very kind; every time I called, I got an appointment the same day. I could ask about everything related to vaccinations.

  This clinic is a travesty. A sick person who works has to make an appointment a week in advance or come to the clinic in the morning before it opens to make an appointment, and there's no guarantee of getting in. I think the receptionists should equip all patients with crystal balls so they can predict their illnesses and thus make an appointment a week in advance. There are no medical records at this clinic; to get a prescription, you have to come in with a note or send an email. There are no other options, and the wait for a prescription is seven days. The only advice the receptionists can offer is, "You don't have to be a member of this clinic." The biggest dream of the receptionists on Cieszkowskiego Street is for all the patients to leave the clinic, so they can drink coffee and chat all day long, because that's probably all they're good for.

  Generally, I'm happy with POZ, I mostly use it, I just don't understand why you can't wait to start work by registering in the building, but by the door in the freezing cold... in these times, it's really too much :/
