Pediatrics at this center ends with fear mongering and dismissing current issues, prescribing tons of medications without explanation, without a diagnosis, and with tons of information about what I'm at risk for and what the consequences will be if I don't vaccinate my child now. Unprofessionalism is the mildest word.

The nurses are very friendly. Dr. Renata Cieślar-Marianek devotes a lot of time to her patients and is very cordial.

Where is the information from you about what time each doctor is accepting patients? There is no schedule at all, and what's more, the lady at the reception was not very nice. Shockingly, this center is not what it used to be....

The main problem lies with the reception desk, which believes it has the right to decide whether a patient urgently needs an appointment or can wait a few days. When a patient arrives with a referral, the receptionists ask idiotic questions and comment on why the test was ordered. You can sense they feel superior to the doctor making the decision. I'll also add that twice, absurdly, we arrived for a pre-arranged blood draw, only to be told we weren't on the list and had to wait until the staff had attended to all the patients, with us being the last. The comment, "We're only human, and things can happen." Yes, they can, but week after week? The question arises: how many patients have been treated this way and whether the staff are truly competent in their duties. The whole situation is especially unacceptable when a patient is seriously ill and forced to sit and wait for a gracious reception. The only positive thing about this place is the doctors, who try to help and care for the patient, although our first encounter is with the women described above, who treat us like an intrusion and alienate us. After a dozen or so years of working with this clinic, I had to part ways. No one would scare me and tell me what to do with my children and when to vaccinate them. As a mother, I think I know when they're healthy enough to come. Since when are colds and flu-like symptoms no longer contraindicated for vaccination?
