I don't know what's going on, but for a long time now, it's been very difficult to even reach the clinic by phone. I've been coming to you because of the doctors, but it's impossible for me to have to take my sick child and go to you only to find out that there's no appointment. Please solve this problem.

I recently signed up for this clinic, and immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the very friendly ladies at the front desk. My first visit was with the doctor (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), a young doctor, also kind and patient. The wait time was short. I also had no problem reaching the clinic by phone; the ladies answered quickly, and they were always kind and helpful.

The clinic doesn't look like a typical clinic. It's cozy and family-friendly. The children's corner is very helpful. You'll have no problem making appointments with both pediatricians and family doctors.

Since I signed up for this clinic, I haven't had any problems. The reception is fine; sometimes you have to call several times, but I always manage to get through on the same day (at my previous clinic, I called 100 times). Dr. Lech is a wonderful person – very knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. They offer teleconsultations! They're top-notch; I didn't know they were even available under the National Health Fund 👍

A very good clinic. We use pediatricians and I can recommend them all. Appointments are convenient and patient service is friendly. I highly recommend them.
