  Calling the registration desk for the hip replacement clinic with a child was a complete mess. First, I waited 7 minutes and waited 110 minutes, then another 4 minutes and waited 140 minutes, and finally, I couldn't get through. When I finally did, after three weeks of constant calling, the woman rudely told me I should have come in person when I couldn't get through. It's shocking that anyone working there is punished for not being able to communicate with another person.

  I'll say this: it's truly impressive that something like this hospital hasn't closed yet. Anyone who can, get out of there, anywhere but there, as far away as possible. I've had a few visits and miracles, and I've been on the ward and elsewhere. And the fact that I have some experience with this hospital is that I've never seen a worse tragedy or drama in my life. In every way possible, it's one big, giant joke. There's no point in even going there to seek help, because they'll only hurt you. If someone has the opportunity, I really know what I'm talking about. They'll go anywhere else, just not here, because what's happening there and the whole thing is hard to find words for something so horribly tragic and cruel.

  I was given too many sedatives. My doctor, after seeing the dosage, said it wasn't for a petite girl like me, but for a horse. I completely lost control of my body; I couldn't even see straight, I couldn't walk, and the paramedic told my cousin, who wanted to pick me up and carry me, that I had to walk alone. I slept for two days. The paramedic made nasty comments about my mental state. Unfortunately, it was a difficult time in my life, and these comments only made things worse. Unfortunately, I was visiting family, and this hospital was the closest.

  Rehabilitation, which is supposed to help, will only lead to the worst possible outcome there. I'll be filing a complaint against the rehabilitation doctor, whose name is Sz***. The way he treated my mother when she sought help, and he laughed at her, complaining that he'd just returned from a vacation abroad and that he didn't know anything (who's supposed to know, I ask?), and that he asked her to leave. My mother cried because they told her to come to his appointment (the person who was there was being medicated with psychotropic drugs!! She was dazed. How could she be rehabilitated in such a state?). It's good that these people have children who can now help with this matter, but someone who is alone won't receive any help there!
