The way the pediatrician (blonde) will respond, I won't use her name... You should report this to the medical board... I really have a lot of patience and understanding for other people, but this is beyond me... Unless this woman is allergic to men and respects the fathers of her children who come for appointments. I left mid-way... I couldn't stand it anymore! This is how they discharge children from this clinic...

I recommend it, the ladies at the reception are very nice, you can also reach them by phone without any problems (I don't know how others call, but I've been at this clinic for five years and never had a problem), and most importantly, my endocrinologist, Dr. Kościuszko, is a wonderful, kind, and very helpful doctor.

Besides an endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, and neurologist, I don't recommend making an appointment with anyone. Today's situation: an 11 a.m. appointment with a diabetologist, with a two-hour delay. If someone has all day to wait to see a doctor, that's fine, but if people are working, it's best to take the day off. After entering the office and informing the doctor that I was in a hurry because I had a train in 15 minutes, the doctor told me that the patient in front of me had forgotten his paperwork and that I should take it to him first. I got up, thanked him for the appointment, and left. Finally, I was told to schedule another appointment.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I've been trying to get an appointment with a doctor for two months with a recurring infection – to no avail. Calling the clinic is a nightmare; the line is constantly busy. And when I finally do, I'm told to go in person to ask the doctor if they'll kindly see me. There are no appointments, not even a few days in advance. Didn't anyone anticipate that people could suddenly get sick? A sick person is supposed to wait all day for a miracle or seek help elsewhere. And what about night care after 6:00 PM? They won't even issue sick leave. I feel abandoned, even though I pay my dues regularly. It's not normal for a clinic to be unable to get help for a simple infection. I don't recommend this facility. I hope something changes, because right now, it's simply a mockery of patients.

I recommend it. I waited longer for rehabilitation than in Białystok, and the physiotherapists I met were the right people in the right place. The receptionists were also very nice.
