I have nothing to complain about. A lot has changed for the better at the clinic since the new hospital director took over. The opening hours have been extended, and more doctors have appeared. Last Tuesday, the doctor was seeing patients until 7:20 PM, when he should have been until 6 PM. The receptionists are polite. It's not always possible to get through by phone, but given the large number of patients, I'm not surprised; they should be the ones getting priority. From what I understand, there are plans to purchase a new 3D ultrasound machine. I've never been refused care as a pregnant woman, and I've been seen by another doctor if my doctor wasn't available. I recommend it.

I had an appointment under the National Health Fund and when I asked for the cytology result, I received an answer that I was not entitled to the result and if I wanted it, I had to pay for it and I paid 100 PLN.
