The doctor was shamelessly 45 minutes late. Other patients admitted this happens all the time. They don't have an ultrasound machine in their office. They refer me to Warsaw. It's a waste of time.

The clinic manager and internist (a certain Mrs. Mieczorek) rushed me out of the office because I came in for my L4 after a serious corneal injury. I was referred to the clinic by doctors from the ER. I arrived after 5 PM on Friday to ask if she would see me because they had no numbers. There wasn't a soul in the clinic, and the sign on the door said she was working until 6 PM. Unfortunately, the doctor yelled at me and told me to go back to wherever they sent me. Not to mention that my eye was hurting terribly and I was longing to go home. She chased me out of the office without even asking what was going on. So I banged on the door of the office next to Mrs. Nowakowska (another star) asking if she would see me after her patients. There wasn't a soul in the office... NO MISS, I FINISHED WORK AT 5 PM!!! - I might add, the sign on the door said until 6 PM. But I guess it was for monitoring, not for patients. It's a sad situation. Remember, ladies – karma comes back :-) No greetings. P.S. If you ever want to call them, you'll have to catch a break between system outages and the ladies working at the registration desk having coffee :-)

I've been trying to call a gynecologist for over two weeks to schedule an appointment. I should emphasize that I call every day, during the hours posted on the door, supposedly for patient registration, as well as during other times. No one answers. I went in person because the woman upstairs was supposed to be in the room by 3 p.m. At 2:30 p.m., it turned out she was already gone. Even though I went in person and during office hours, I wasn't seen or booked in. Seriously, if you don't pay, you won't get in. I had my Pap smear done privately; if it turns out badly, I'll be sure to file a complaint against the clinic. And it's not due to the coronavirus, because I don't believe there's anyone to answer the phone.

I wholeheartedly advise against visiting Mr. Wieczorek. He's rude, unkind, and arrogant. He thinks he knows everything, but in reality, he's a clueless old scoundrel. He shouldn't be doing his "job," if you can even call it that.

Firstly, it’s far away, secondly, there’s a huge line and only one gynecologist in the office, he didn’t even ask what my complaints were and why I came... I have the feeling that he doesn’t care... I won’t go there again, it’s better to wait in line in Warsaw.
