  I don't recommend this place to anyone. I was there once and will never go there again. The receptionists seem to be there as punishment, with no interest in explaining anything. They respond to questions with "fuck off." You feel disrespected. Never mind, I just came to ask an important question because I'm pregnant, just to ask without an examination, etc. The receptionists said I could wait and ask the doctor, no problem, no appointment needed. So I waited until the doctor saw the registered patients, and finally tried to go in with my question. The doctor suddenly left the office, said he didn't have time because he was in a hurry, he wouldn't see anyone. I just said I wanted to come in and ask something. He completely ignored me, didn't even respond, walked past me, went back into the office, and closed the door. Besides me, there was another woman who had an appointment and was also angry because she was waiting for her appointment and was treated similarly. Seeing the reaction of the doctor, who in my opinion shouldn't be working with people at all, I left, behaving like that. I wasted over two hours sitting and waiting, and I'm already in an advanced stage of pregnancy, and I was treated like air. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

  Hello, I don't recommend it. I had to register with a well-known clinic in Wrocław because Dr. H.D. couldn't diagnose endometriosis. The doctor's behavior towards me, the patient, was terrible. She informed me that she didn't have to see me at all. After I mentioned that I suspected endometriosis, she shrugged it off. She prescribed strong pain pills that made me feel terrible. Give them to the patient "if she had to."

  The receptionists shouldn't work there at all. They'd be quickly replaced by nice, friendly young women. They roll their eyes, are rude, and respond with condescension. Zero empathy, zero friendliness. It would be best if no one came in so they could just drink coffee and gossip. They're not suited to working with people. I don't understand why patients are scheduled for an hour. You arrive for your appointment, and there's always at least an hour's delay. The average wait for an appointment is two hours. So, to get in there, you have to book a whole day, with no guarantee you'll be treated well.
