The doctor and the woman who drew my blood deserve 5 stars, but the receptionist is ruining the entire facility's reputation. I couldn't get through on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, the woman called me back, and I asked for a prescription – they were always issued on Mondays. The following Monday, there was no prescription, so on Tuesday, I called to ask if the doctor issued prescriptions on other days. The receptionist asked when I called about this. I answered truthfully, Mondays and Tuesdays, but no one answered, and finally, on Wednesday, I got a call back. This must have unleashed some of the receptionist's worst instincts, because I was scolded for saying that this wasn't true because she always answered or called back immediately. So I asked when I could expect the prescription – I was told it might be Thursday. Maybe Thursday has passed, Friday has passed, and the prescription hasn't arrived. Despite liking and being used to the doctor, I'll look for another clinic. Or maybe I'll get a prescription in the meantime. 🤔

3 stars because I saw a gynecologist who is super nice, but I think she should retire. I had an ultrasound done and was insulted by the woman who did the ultrasound. When I asked her nicely if I'd find out the baby's gender, she said, "I can't tell the gender at this week," which is how I'm at 16 weeks. I supposedly get ultrasounds too often, but I can get ultrasounds at every appointment when I need them to know everything is okay. The only nice people there are the doctor and the midwife who work on Wednesday. Disgraceful! Change the staff to younger ones... Because no patient wants that kind of text :)

Yes, three stars because the only doctor saving the clinic's image is a very nice doctor. However, as for the woman, who is old enough to retire, I have a completely negative opinion. How can anyone open the waiting room door in front of an undressed patient and call for a midwife who does everything for a doctor who can't even nail a mushroom and whose movements are worse than a snail's, which could outrun her? And the accusation that I told her to close the door because I don't want it open while I'm undressed is simply rude, impudent, and I'll be shaking with fear. What do I mean, that she finally only opened the door to call for a midwife? It's simply beyond words. SCANDAL!

The doctor is at least 85 years old, and her opinions and views on ultrasound and contraception seem like they were from 60 years ago. I received an entire lecture on both of these things, saying that ultrasounds shouldn't be done if there's nothing wrong because it's harmful, and an entire lecture on contraception, and I came to ask about something completely different. The only thing she asked me was when I last had my period, and she didn't even let me answer.

The worst clinic I've ever seen. The "doctor" likes to yell at women in advanced pregnancy, can't properly issue an L4, and has little understanding of pregnancy care. The "doctor" had trouble with a simple test, which was very painful. I will never go back there again.
