  In recent days, I've had to visit the Epione clinic on Piotrowicka Street several times. What I saw there is outrageous. In the midst of a pandemic, there's zero adherence to the rules. People stand next to each other with masks under their noses, just like the staff. No temperature checks, and no one asks for a contact card. The X-ray room is open until 6 p.m., and at 5 p.m., I learned the doctor didn't have time to take an X-ray for my ailing mother, whom I barely managed to get to the clinic. I should also mention that the doctor didn't have any patients.

  Although the wait for the treatments took nearly eight months, when I finally got them, I was very pleased with both the treatments and the work of the physiotherapist. She was kind, well-organized, and performed her work professionally despite the sweltering heat and... the lack of air conditioning. Frankly, this lack of attention surprised me greatly. I know that our country is still a bit backward in terms of civilization, but the clinic is privatized and modernized, and clearly the person who carried out the renovation project was still in the early communist era. I wonder how "that person" would feel working and waiting in the hallway to see a doctor in such a stuffy environment. To the clinic management, I ask: why didn't you think about this? After all, this building was renovated for quite some time, and it was probably obvious that such a "pavilion" from the 1960s needed modernization. I hope this momentary lack of imagination will be corrected quickly; otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if employees refused to work. Sincerely, Krystyna Tramer

  Visits with the Doctor are very helpful, he is open to seeking help and trying new solutions, you can calmly ask questions - he tries to answer all of them, does not rush, he is patient.

  I haven't been able to get through on the phone for 3 days! There's a signal, and then a moment later, the phone disconnects... Standard. For as long as I can remember, ladies have always had trouble answering the phone! HORRIBLE

  The cardiologist at this clinic is a disaster. Zero empathy, accusing me of faking illness without any diagnosis, and a private visit, not the cheapest in the area. I strongly advise against it!
