She showed complete lack of empathy, even accusing me of using a private doctor and having to pay for all procedures myself, not go to the National Health Fund. I wonder why I have to pay for this unfortunate National Health Fund every month... A gynecologist treats a pregnant woman like nothing. Furthermore, she didn't even bother to examine me.

The receptionist is sitting there as a punishment. I wanted to get my blood work done for a fee, but I was told I should go to another clinic where there are staff who are paid for it. It's a joke, because there was no problem with the referral, and there was no problem with the paid tests. This woman's outrageous attitude is beyond comprehension.
