It's hard to share my impressions of the appointment, as I've never even encountered one myself. From the very first moment, the receptionist was incredibly unfriendly. She told me over the phone that if I wasn't 18, I shouldn't bother her and that she wouldn't register me. At no point was there even a hint that I might be underage. After explaining that I'd turned 18 a good while ago, she graciously registered me. The day before my appointment, I received a call saying I was supposedly uninsured, which is impossible since I'm a student at a public university. But errors in the system happen, as I know, having worked as a medical receptionist, and my family runs a medical clinic, I'm familiar with all the procedures. The woman didn't offer me any solution, just told me not to come to the appointment because the light was "red." Which, if anyone was curious, isn't standard practice... I wasn't even offered the opportunity to sign (as is done in such situations) a statement confirming my insurance (which, in the event of an accident, requires payment for the service if the patient wasn't insured for a given period). But oh well, I didn't even get a chance to ask about it or react. I was told in my face not to come. When I tried to call again, the number was constantly busy. I've been trying to call for several hours, but honestly, it seems like my number has been blocked. I'm truly sorry I couldn't get the help I deserved and that I encountered a lack of empathy and kindness. I think that places like gynecological clinics should place special emphasis on mutual kindness, as they are a very intimate place for most women. Until now, I perceived gynecological clinics as a safe space with helpful and comfortable staff who always He tried to help as best he could. Afterward, most women are afraid of getting checked out and going to gynecologists. I'm truly sorry, especially since I expected the receptionist to be "on the wrong foot" when I first called, but from what I see, it's not a one-day thing. I wish you more empathy and warmth towards other women.

I recommend Ms. Tobera-Pawlak. A big thank you to the receptionist who asked if I needed anything urgent and, despite the limited availability, booked me in instead of brushing me off like at Bataliony. The doctor was professional and helped me quickly.
