  I highly recommend the Angra clinic. The doctors are very competent, professional, and helpful (I've seen two of them), and the receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule my appointment several times for work reasons, but the receptionist always found a convenient time for me without any problem. On the day of my first appointment, I encountered a very large number of patients and, unfortunately, no place to sit. The receptionist responded quickly and lent me a chair from the reception desk, which I was very pleasantly surprised by, as I'd never encountered such behavior at other, so-called, public clinics. Before I went for my first appointment at the aforementioned clinic, I went to the same clinic for my first visit. I was skeptical about the clinic (I'm new in town) because it didn't have particularly good reviews, and now, looking back, I can't understand why there are such unfavorable reviews... The doctors are wonderful, the receptionist is wonderful, the wait time for an appointment is a week at most, the clinic's decor and equipment are top-notch (like a private practice)... I have the impression that many of the reviews are written by competitors or internet trolls who have never even been to this clinic. Best regards to all the clinic staff; I hope there are more places like this with such people.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, especially to pregnant women. The care is top-notch – I felt cared for and at ease throughout my pregnancy. The receptionists are always smiling, friendly, and eager to help, which really makes a difference from the moment I walk in. My attending physician, Dr. Piątkowski, is a true specialist by vocation – empathetic, thorough, with extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for his patients. I could always count on reliable information, patience, and complete commitment, which made my entire pregnancy a peaceful and stress-free experience. I thank the entire team – this is a place where you truly feel cared for and professional.

  I absolutely do not recommend it, it's shocking! Last year I waited over two months for a Pap smear. This year I'm in the same situation. I had a Pap smear in April and have been waiting for the results for three months now. I call every week, but they don't answer the phone, and when someone finally answers, they say they can't explain why I'm waiting so long. I recently called and was told the doctor was on vacation, the Pap smear is already on their list, and when the doctor returns from vacation, he'll call after two weeks. It's been a total of four months. It's been a complete failure. I used to go to Winogrady specifically for this kind of treatment. I'm giving up this clinic and I don't recommend it to anyone. The receptionist is incredibly rude. People of a certain age should give up their seats for younger people, instead of sitting at the reception desk saying she can't speak. I'm giving it 1 star; if there were an option, I would give it 0.

  Shock and disbelief... The doctor is beyond reproach, but the biggest disappointment is the woman at the reception desk, who (probably) has no manners or sense of humor. She should be cleaning basements, not serving customers!!! Critical comments about patients' appearance are offensive and unacceptable to many pregnant women, whose sensitivity levels change significantly during this state. This disgusting woman doesn't realize that a woman will usually return to shape after giving birth, while the woman will remain old and ugly for the rest of her life. Tomorrow I'm filing an official complaint with the facility and the National Health Fund. I hope the management will take action and she will look for another job.
