  I was very pleased with the visit. I was with my daughter. Dr. Leszczyńska was very kind and decisive. She explained everything thoroughly and showed me the ultrasound. The midwife who works with Dr. Leszczyńska is also wonderful. I personally recommend her.

  Today's situation. On April 9th, after our appointment, we went to register for another one in six months. Today we arrive and discover we're not registered. If it weren't for the doctor agreeing to see us, we would have been left empty-handed. Of course, there's no one to blame; it's a "system failure." Two stars, only because of the wonderful doctor; the rest are below zero.

  Unfortunately, my visit to this facility turned out to be a very unpleasant experience—not because of the doctor, but because of the behavior of the receptionist. She was incredibly rude, insolent, and completely lacking in manners. In public, in front of other patients, she began to scold me for missing my appointment and for not answering her phone. I tried to calmly explain to her that she had called from an unknown number, and that I simply didn't return calls like that because I didn't know who it was—whether it was a doctor or a scammer. Instead of resolving the matter politely, the receptionist raised her voice and said that I didn't have an appointment today at all and that I could stand in line, perhaps someone would see me. She also suggested that I "go in for two minutes and ask if the doctor would see me," which was simply inappropriate—I wasn't going to cut in line when others were waiting. I left this facility because I had no intention of using the services of a place where patients were treated in such a disrespectful and aggressive manner. It's a shame, because the doctor himself was competent, but because of the receptionist's attitude, I won't be coming back here again.

  The biggest tragedy I've ever experienced. More than one girl would be traumatized for life after something like this, because what happens there is a circus, not tests. You come in with a specific problem, and the doctor (even though the only thing she should be treating is herself) immediately has a negative attitude. After an interview in which I was called a stupid teenager because I have my period calendar on my phone, the worst came. Without warning, a finger was inserted, and the doctor didn't even check what I asked, because stupid teenagers make things up. Afterward, she was surprised why I was crying and tried to explain that I was just making things up and everything was fine (it wasn't). The visit ended with me running out of the building crying. I don't recommend it. Everything was done indiscriminately, as quickly as possible, not to actually help. After that visit, I went privately and it turned out I had what I suspected. To summarize: 1. Horrible service (especially for young girls). 2. Treating patients like pigs in a paddock. 3. Incorrect diagnosis.
