Today I was at the clinic, which is open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. I walked in at 3:07 PM and was told there were no more spots available! How is it possible that the list is closed within minutes of the doctor on duty starting work? This is supposed to be healthcare?! People come in for help, but they're turned away. 😡" I don't understand why it's open until 6:00 PM when no one gets in until just after 3:00 PM!!!! Failure!!

The woman at the lab (who accepted referrals) was a disaster. She spent 90% of my time with her clicking on her personal phone, sending packages, talking to the courier, and thanking a colleague for sending the package. Overall, she showed zero interest in her job. When the woman collecting the referrals pointed out that she wasn't clicking on the remote that changed the numbers on the board, she looked surprised, and that was it. But how can she click when all she's interested in is her personal life? A normal boss would have fired her after one day. It's a shame you can't give her zero stars.

Mr. Białożyt, a big thank you to installing a parking meter at the clinic is a true demonstration of patient care. The best thing to do would be to have a contest: whoever gets to their appointment first with a limp leg will get an hourglass. Seriously – this is sick, enough of this perfidy. The big guy had nowhere to put his junk, so he installed a parking meter for the sick. If this doesn't go away, I'll make it public – photos, a petition, and a report to city hall.

It's a disaster. Even if someone is registered, it means nothing; you still have to wait in line for hours. The surgeon runs from one office to another, causing confusion. While the nurse is removing the stitches, the doctor doesn't even look at the wound. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it.

I arrived from Szczecin on Monday with my husband at the clinic. While waiting in line outside, I felt the need to use the restroom. So I entered the clinic and asked for a key to the restroom, having previously been informed by patients that the patient restroom was locked. The receptionist—she didn't want to reveal her name, so I'm posting a photo below—was very agitated when I asked her to tell me I didn't know the sanitary regulations and how could I possibly want to use the restroom in the clinic! She rudely told me I should go to the Planty Park to use the public restroom. My dismay was immense, but my reaction was sober and appropriate to the situation. When I stated that the woman's reaction was unstable, I was allowed to use the restroom. After leaving, I informed the receptionist about filing a complaint. When asked for her name, she refused, shouting that she would demand my name. I left the building, where patients were talking about the reprehensible behavior of other receptionists. After re-entering the building and taking a picture, the receptionist started claiming she'd misunderstood me. I wonder how anyone could have misunderstood such a simple message. It's an embarrassing situation. So, can't Polmed hire people with a higher level of understanding and moral integrity? Let's respect ourselves and others! This one-star rating was forced, otherwise this review wouldn't have been published.
