The nurse from Jordanów Śląski is a wonderful and wonderful woman, a kind person with a wonderful attitude. I wish there were more people like her. I strongly advise against the new doctor from Ukraine. She is very rude and impolite. After my last visit, where I felt like I was being judged as if I were at least faking an illness, I was put off, but I figured anyone can have a bad day, so I gave her another chance. While sitting in the waiting room, I witnessed the doctor yelling at a patient on the phone and then hanging up mid-conversation. I consider this disrespectful. I stopped using this clinic. I had been happy with her services until then, but the new doctor changed my mind.

The nurse at the reception desk is incredibly friendly, patient with repeated postponements, and genuinely tries to squeeze patients in. I've worked with young doctors at this facility, and they're very committed to solving patients' problems. They're communicative, holistic, and understanding. They don't create a stressful atmosphere that makes discussing your case or requesting time off difficult.

I've never had a problem getting professional help, both for me and my child. The doctor has helped me many times, and even when I had a newborn, I had no problem calling Dr. Pokutycka at 8 p.m.; she always answered and helped.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pokutycka's for as long as I can remember. I can't say a bad word. Her comprehensive approach to post-COVID complications last year deserves recognition, considering my friends heard from other doctors that this is just the way it is and that we have to wait for it to resolve itself. I respect her honesty and human approach. The nurses are very kind, understanding, and professional. I admire how Ms. Basia didn't lose her cool while drawing my blood :) And the new doctor, who is in training... It makes me want to get sick more often :) Best regards and recommend
