The ER... pffff, changing the hospital's color scheme and buying new chairs for the waiting room won't help with treatment. We arrived with a 1.5-year-old child... there were two people ahead of us... the doctor went out to ask the patient to come in... but seeing that we were with a child who was clearly in pain... not once was he asked what was wrong with the child so he could immediately redirect him to the doctor in another room... After waiting for two or three hours, it finally came our turn, and all we heard was "what's wrong with the child?" and that we should go to the doctor in the next room, who had just taken over the doctor's patient... the doctor didn't even put the phone on the child... BUT, we didn't even enter the office, and at the entrance we were redirected to wait longer... the child, who was in excruciating pain, eventually fell asleep. So thank you so much for the help... fortunately, there are other hospitals that can respond in a timely manner...

I'm giving it 1 star, even though that's still a lot. I waited three months for an appointment with a urologist, drove 40 km to the hospital for a 4:00 PM appointment, and guess what? It turned out I had to wait at least two hours, if not more, because the 2:00 PM appointment hadn't arrived yet. DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. Why can't I call and say I have to come in later? Of course, I couldn't wait that long because I had to get home early. And the appointment went terribly wrong... This is a disaster. Below zero. I don't recommend it.

I am a person with a significant disability. I reported to the reception desk at 9:20 AM for a CT scan scheduled for 9:45 AM. My disability is visible. After completing the questionnaire, no one showed any interest or provided any information. I repeatedly tried to find out when the scan would be performed, but received no response. No one on the staff introduced themselves, so I don't know the names of the staff. I waited for many hours, over 16 hours in total, without food or water. As a patient requiring special care, I received no support or basic care. It is bizarre that both the head of the clinic and his deputy were on vacation at the same time, which completely paralyzed the workflow. This type of treatment of a patient, especially a person with a disability and recovering from a major procedure, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this facility's services.

The Emergency Room is a disaster! Zero respect for the elderly with chronic illnesses, zero empathy. To be a doctor, you have to have a calling, and there are no such people in sight. Instead of renovating the hospital, they should invest in medical staff. If an elderly patient suddenly becomes ill, avoid the Pleszew Emergency Room at all costs. It's a disservice to the senior's health. My dad is currently in a hospital in Poznań with severe heart failure (prognosis 50/50), and two days earlier, the Pleszew Emergency Room had declared him healthy and discharged him at 2 a.m. after seven hours in a chair 😳, leaving the sick, immobile man without transportation home.
