The woman answering the phone is incredibly rude and gets angry that people are calling to register. I don't recommend calling before 8 a.m., and heaven forbid you miss the announcement that registration is from that unfortunate 8 a.m., because you'll be left in the dust, and the call will end with the woman at the clinic hanging up the phone.

For me, it was a complete disaster. I wanted to transfer from another facility, but the receptionist referred me to a man, and he referred me to a woman. I only wanted to submit a declaration. When I managed to do so and told them I was undergoing oncological treatment, the man thought better of it and said they wouldn't accept me now, so I could come back in March to inquire because it was flu season, and told me to go register elsewhere. I felt like a trendsetter. Absolutely terrible. I don't know why they have such opinions. I don't recommend it!

Great staff, the ladies at the reception desk are lovely, always helpful and smiling. The doctors are also great.

The lovely staff member always advises when it's best to come in, as does Ania, the nurse. The children adore her. Dr. Bartłomiejczyk is calm, composed, and very knowledgeable. She never scolds anyone for being late and always explains recommendations in detail and at length (if necessary) and orders necessary tests without the parent having to ask. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
