Every appointment was immediate; I've never been denied the same day I called. The doctors I've seen always try to help. They provided a good interview and advice on how to prevent recurrence of the condition. Registration formalities were quick and efficient. A welcome change compared to other public clinics I've dealt with.

What a disaster! Answering the phone, there's no "hello," just a "yes," two quick replies, and then a complete disconnect. The replies are laconic and perfunctory. The tone of my voice is filled with resentment for even daring to call and disturb the venerable registration desk. Never again!

The worst clinic for adults, an 18-year-old child had a very serious epileptic seizure in the clinic, the neurologist treated us terribly and the receptionist registered my daughter with the wrong doctor, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've never encountered such a level of service at the registration desk! The staff closes the clinics early, and when a patient wants information or to register, they tell me it's not possible. At 5:45 PM, I heard, "What do you want here?" and that the computer was already turned off and the floor was mopped.
